Synopsis:
contraband...
A four-issue graphic novel available next month at Eyemelt and hitting the shelves in early '08 from Slave Labor Graphics.
Toby's filmed the wrong folks with his phone! Follow his adventures into a new "voyeur underground" where youths prowl city streets secretly filming violent/erotic events to satisfy our society's demand for sensational on-the-go content.
Where the fun adventures of Tintin meet the anarchic subculture of Fight Club, this quirky thriller/noir is one of the first illustrated books to show how privacy-invading camera phone use is fuelling a new multi-billion dollar spy-cam industry.
Writer - TJ Behe, a London-based digital creator who has worked with mobile entertainment companies including BBC, MTV, Playboy.
Illustrator – Phil Elliott’s graphic novels include Illegal Alien (Dark Horse) and Tupelo (Slave Labor Graphics) with experience working with Marvel, DC, Image and Fantagraphics.
Issue One updated about once a week - hope you enjoy! (TJ & Phil)

Been following this comic for a month on comicspace and it's just getting better...the story is pretty cool but the cyberpunk art really makes it...my mate Price says it best....
...Almost passed this treasure up because of the (Holy Crap!-most-likely-to-be-misinterpre ted)title. (but I'm uptight that way) I'm not surprised that there's publisher interest; it's well-deserved. There's every indication that it will be to cyberpunk what Casino Royale is to the Bond franchise; it has that kind of prescient feel. 15 pages in, it's Galactica good. Casanova good. While I concede that the jokes about market penetration might be compromised by a title change, a rose (that smells THIS good) by any other name... y'know? Besides, you guys are OBVIOUSLY clever enough to find a title that won't require CBLDF intervention on behalf of retailers that stock your book. Looking forward to page 16. Gotta go eat my heart out.
