If you look above to the top of the page you should see something that looks like this...
On each page within the site there are 8 featured comic slots, which are filled randomly from the list of featured comics. If there are not at least
8 featured comics at any given time, the list is populated with a comics randomly drawn from the main listing!
If there are only 8 featured comics, your comic will display everytime a page is viewed! If there are 16 featured comics your comic will display on every other
page view and so on..
