Paradise Found
|
|
Synopsis:
Dreams are a funny thing.
They whisper into our ear an ideal world, a Paradise that we wish to find. We do things to look at our Paradise as a means to temporarily escape reality. But what if we became so attached to our dreams, that we never woke up from them again?
At least, that's what Destiny Ravenhart did.

Ultimately I am very happy with this review, happier than if someone gave me 5 stars and simply wrote a one liner saying "Yay, this is awesome!". What SiarraFenris has said is true, I am aiming for a target audience.
My only thing is that I can not for the life of me find what 'Choking on the Sue' means. |

| This is definitely the kind of comic, that needs a target audience. The art work looks very nice and is drawn with a beautiful, personal style. However, when it comes to the writing, it's something not everyone can appreciate; the pseudo-gothic purple prose and the anachronistic dialogue. If one can get past the opening pages without choking on the Sue, there's a surprisingly interesting, dark world to be found. |
