Synopsis:
7 years ago, the city of New Hope was protected by a viglante named Street Rat.After his mysterious dissapperance
the city was purged in darkness.
Now the city's only hope seems to lay in the hands of a 14-year-old super genius, who has decieded to take up the mantle of the city's past hero.
