Synopsis:
confusions and misplaced affections abound in this tale of sublime pity and crashcourse headaches. It is both neat and tidy, and crumbling disasterously hilarious like a building about to tumble even though you know your loved one is inside.

This comic is absolutely beautiful and keeps me thinking about things in different ways. I hope the hiatus ends soon. I can't wait for more!

ziggurath 5/5
Amazing. Beautiful art and consistantly interesting and hilarious dialogue/stories.

Absolutely brilliant. Probably not for those who are only comfortable with the mainstream. Regardless, the art and writing are topnotch, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Aleks 5/5
This is great work. Its also great art. Please keep it up.
liz 5/5
fine art teamed with poignant, subtle writing. the visual originality is simply superb. the plot of any given strip is always quite strange, very surreal, but somehow deeply resonant.

incredibly mesmerising and beautiful. wow.
4ndy 5/5
An awesome comic, done with flair and with real thought and consideration given to the plot, the storytelling and the art. But it's hella not gaming, who the hell listed it as that?
phillby 5/5
I cannot describe this comic in mere words. I encorage everyone to go read it.
Eric 5/5
It's frickin' gorgeous. I don't think I've seen a webcomic quite like it. Beautiful, surreal, dreamlike.
EbolaPrime 5/5
Amazing comic. I Love the art, the storytelling (if one can call it that) is quite enthralling and it's just a beautiful thing overall.
roger 5/5
this comic is better than crap. way better, actually. sorry i just wanted to make sure there was one more 5 star review on this one, i am actually just david's roommate, but i am often consulted to make last minute reviews before the comics are posted, so you could say that i made the comic. no i just wish i did.
truckstop 5/5
this comic is exceptional. profound and beautfiul.
Sherri 5/5
I've only looked at three "A Lesson is Learned" comics so far: WOW! The art is SO GORGEOUS! I'd use the term Surreal to describe this comic (certainly NOT gaming LOL). I -HIGHLY- recommend checking this one out. WOW again!
