This comic is basically about the friendship between two ocean creatures, an orca named Bob and a bottlenose dolphin named Jimmy. They live off of the coast of Southern California along with many other creatures of the sea.

| I like the idea, but the art's only a notch above Pokey the Penguin and the writing's not particularily remarkable... sorry, can't really recommend this one. |
