| I think this comic is one of the most interesting, because it is self-mocking. Not so much pop culture (there is a bit), but the characters are routinely tortured as per the writer's whim. It is quite humorous, and even when they die, they are always back in later installments. Continuity, but not serious continuity. A web comic that KNOWS it is a web comic. I miss the pirate, you jerk. |

I would like to denounce a conspiracy within The Webcomic List to bring down my Bizarre Webcomic strip. First they don't show my updates, and then they suddenly bring down my ranking number from the 700s to the 2000s, when in fact my own calculations show that I should be on the top ten by now, if not in the top three. On top of it all, they decide to censor the hundreds of comments people send to this page every day (I hope this one somehow goes undetected), making it seem like no one cares about my comic.
It's a shame that a supposedly serious organization should degrade themselves to toy with a struggling comic artist's frail emotions, for no good reason. I can understand that the stress of running a website of such large scope must force you to look for odd ways to blow off steam, but this is getting ridiculous. |
