Synopsis:
Sonic Wrecks (spot the pun) is a sprite comic with a deeply spiritual meaning, unfortunately Sonic left it on a bus at some stage and as the author can't be bothered to buy a new one has said 'sod it' and carried on regardless.
First appearing in April 2004, Sonic Wrecks features a variety of characters from the popular SEGA game series and mainly charts the adventures of Shadow whose rather miffed the comic isn't in HIS name.
Add to this a stressed out Knuckles, a desperate for a grown-ups voice Tails, a good/bad/ugly Dr Robotnik as well as Sonic at his arrogantly lazy best and you've got a recipe for trouble.
With the occasional 'Special' thrown into the mix and the plight of the Redux Rabble - a demi-god now stuck in the body of a black echidna, the ruler of an interdimensional race addicted to barbeque sauce and a cat you'd need a blooming great ball of wool to distract and you know you've got problems.
and so, in the words of Shadow - "I can't say this adventure won't suck, because it probably will. But steal my cola again and I'll wallop you one with this ornamental garden gnome."
