Synopsis:
Marcko Paolo, a 19-year-old soldier, thinks he's about to get promoted to Captain and reassigned to more important duties. However, he gets a rude awakening when the King assigns him as the parole officer for a mischievous, foul-mouthed, 14-year-old boy named Hugo Hodako. Hugo has been mysteriously detained at a camp meant for hardened criminals. Marcko doesn't understand how a young kid like Hugo could end up at such a harsh criminal labor camp, nor will anyone reveal to him the circumstances behind Hugo's imprisonment.
Marcko's assignment is simple - he must watch over Hugo for the next 2 years until he reaches his 16th birthday. Although he can't stand Hugo, Marcko's duty is to set the kid straight and give him a sense of responsibility. But during their adventures in the fantasy kingdom of Battlegate, it isn't long before Marcko begins to discover the true nature of Hugo's dark past.

| The comic seems like it could be great, fantastic even, but it hardly ever updates. Each pause between comics feels like a permanent hiatus. |
