Synopsis:
Year 2065-2095
Anna, born with albinism, must choose the life she will lead, after loosing her citizenship. Katie must marry a mentally unstable older man to secure her fathers role in politics. While an ex- detective and a Nina track down the killer of Nina's sister and traffic people targeted for losing there citizenship. Dante must confront his murdering tendencies and double life, while hiding the fact that one of his targets is still alive.
This takes place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
