Synopsis:
Underneath the human radar, beings known as Daemons have established an unwritten alliance with Humans to track down criminals of all species. Shrialba the elf is an agent of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of Seattle, working as a Runner to track down criminals on foot. The globally known Calm Face Killer has managed to outrun many other Runners and stay hidden for quite a long time, but as an opportune moment makes itself, it is cut short with a strange storm lighting the sky, and a rare elf in the woods...
