Oscar Diggs 4/5
This is a fun comic. I came to it liking the characters in Venus Envy (they're nice people). What this cartoonist has done is translated the characters into a cross between Star Trek and the movie Down Periscope (Kelsey Grammer is given command of an out-dated submarine with a misfit crew by an admiral who hates him). In this case, Zoe is given command of a starship (for which she's barely competant), with a misfit crew, obviously by someone who has some spectacular failure in mind. Only in this case, we don't know who. The important thing about this strip is that the characters remain likable, the artwork is nice, the story line keeps moving, every day has a decent gag, and the publishing is regular. This one deserves more recognition than it's getting!
