An excellent comic. Boxdog\'s art style has developed over time into one that is simple but endearing. The comic can be genuinely sad without the melodrama or angst leaving a sour taste in the reader\'s mouth.
Boxdog has two flaws. The first is that certain elements require some background to appreciate that\'s not directly available from the site (though chances are, if you know about the comic, you know said background information anyway). The second flaw is that it isn\'t updated often despite repeated promises by the author that he\'d get back into the comic. As Leonardo said, it could be big if it updated more often than once every two months. |
