Synopsis:
Errant Story is a tongue-in-cheek fantasy adventure set in a world of hired guns, ninja time mages, and genocidal elves, with the occasional sarcastic flying cat thrown in for good measure.

As the one and only teenaged half elf in her entire country, Meji Hinadori is pretty sure her life sucks. She can\'t seem to make any friends her own age, her grades at mage school are a flaming wreck (literally!), and it even looks like she’ll be disowned if she can’t ace some impossibly amazing senior project... like, say, becoming an insane, all-powerful demigoddess and enslaving all of reality. That shouldn\'t be too hard, right?

The concept is perhaps silly, pretentious even, and the artwork is not up with the best, but it is my favorite webcomic and has been for a while. Some of it is the funniest I\'ve read in a webcomic, at the same time as there is a serious thread running through the plot. The plot itself feels structured and never seems to get bogged down ( which many other webcomics I follow/have followed do/did ); I find it satisfying rather than frustrating to read. Great webcomic.

Errant Story is a beautifully done comic with a very intricate and captivating story. I will definitely be coming back for more.
L'ope 5/5
Looks incredibly professional and reads like a dream. It is set in a fantasy world that is a harsh cruel reality to most of it's inhabitants. There are problems brewing in Errant story and we see it through the eyes of half-elf Meji who is trying to complete her high school project by becoming a godess. The story starts typically but moves on to a deep, compelling plot with rich character development and fabulous art. Action scenes never looked so good.

This comic has been drawn in such a good style! Although I just red the first pages I immediatly love the story!

I was a huge fan of Exploitation now and I've been following Errant Story since it began. I've never been bored or dissapointed.
Me. 4/5
Pretty engrossing, considering it's a comic translation of a genre that has yet to produce anything worth reading (LotR was TERRIBLE. Rot3K is about a gajizzilion times better). The author writes and draws well.
Stullz 5/5
Great art, amazing story, All from the author of Exploitaion Now! Considered one of the most messed up comics in history. READ IT! And Errant Story is one of the best.
Lithiani 5/5
Set in a world like AD&D seen through 10 pints of beer, with a great balance between humour, plot and characterisation. The main characters, although they read like stereotypes from a role-playing game ("scary little devil girl", "gun-toting assassin", "elven scout" etc.), are very believable. The world background feels complete, and strangely real for a fantasy setting - right down to the whores in the streets. The plot unfolds nicely, with twists that are unexpected but entirely in character. All-round great comic, deserves to be read more often.
