| Possibly the best comic I\'ve ever read. It won\'t be for everyone (lots of sex, weird violence, and matched with a child-like innocence to its storytelling). But it\'s a revelation on epic comic possibilities. The author put it best maybe when he called it \"shaman folk art\". |

| I\'ve been a huge fan of Donna Barr and THE DESERT PEACH ever since she got a Xeric Grant to publish the first big DP Graphic Novel collection back in the 90\'s. I was FLABBERGASTED that comics could be so f&*#&in\' good! It blew my mind. Over ten years later, it\'s still blowing my mind. And now it\'s online and every. single. day. with a new page. Starting from the very beginning, one page a day, the whole series reprinted online with new print editions coming back INTO print. Yay! This is 5 Stars all the way, baby. This is one of the smartest comics ever made. Check it. |
