I have had the pleasure of watching this comic grow for the last several years. I started reading this when she was still in the middle of the first book. While at first, the story was a little shakey, and the art was only at the point of being decent, the over all feeling of the comic enchanted me. I was thrilled when I found out she had decided to start working on it again, and I think it is one of the best stories on the web.
Some ideas may not be original, but if you really think about it, we all really just borrow from eachother don't we?
Honestly? Even given the cliche's, this is a wonderful comic and a great new perspective on the artform of writing and storytelling through cartooning. |
