Synopsis:
The Day it Snowed is a collection of gag strips and short stories of the events occurring to and around a green penguin named Waf. In his tundra homeland he is surrounded with all sorts of strange characters including a childish penguin god, a army of rightfully enraged seals, a pimplike specter and worst of all the only thing on TV is crappy anime shows and two foul mouthed dinosaurs.
