| Comic: Eufos, The |
The Eufos (pronounced you-foes) is the story of a family that, on the outside at least, seems as normal as you or I. Stan and Cierra Eufos have an unusual relationship in that she is human and Stan is an alien from another planet. The alien race that Stan is a part of regularly visits Earth and abducts humans for various experiments just as they have been doing for hundreds of years.
One night Stan happens to abduct a young woman who, for reasons he can't explain, captures his heart. Not wanting to see her subjected to the tests they plan on doing, he helps her escape the ship undetected. He stays with Cierra, the two growing ever closer until one day he has to decide if he is going to return to his planet or stay with his newfound love.
Ultimately, Stan chooses to stay behind and change his appearance to be with Cierra. Much to his displeasure, Stan's older brother Steve decides to stay behind as well to make sure his brother doesn't get into too much trouble. Despite his reluctant willingness to stay, Steve absolutely refuses to change his appearance just to blend in with "the monkeys".
Will Stan be able to fit in with the human population on Earth and raise his family? Will he be able to keep Steve and Cierra from killing each other? Only time will tell.... |
