Completely quirky and a credit to the author's strangeness!

When I first saw this comic, I was not too terribly interested because it was a photo comic. But I gave it a chance. It is definetly not hap-hazardly constructed. The backgrounds and various objects are not mere photos. There are some filters and effects in play. The background has a "paint and canvas" feel at times.
The dialogue is where the real emphasis is. There are storylines and object... i mean, character development that brings out everyone's roles fairly quickly, but there are deeper developments always happening. This is one well written "art piece" type of webcomic. May not be for everyone, but it makes me feel like I'm a kid playing make-believe playing at a parent's "grown-up" computer desk.

Aarin's Desk is a great webcomic parody, the only well done one I've read. It parodies fantasy and adventure type comics, and although it is very funny, it's characters have serious discussions here and there, which is also a plus.

Weird, strange and funny. Definately worth checking out. My messy desk will never be looked at the same again.
