| I'm quite surprised that there isn't more of a buzz about this comic in the general webcomic community than there is (although that's not the case in the tech community). Nitrozac and Snaggy often create those kinds of comics that make you say "Well, why didn't I think of that?" I felt the comic tanked a bit for quite a while after a tragedy in one of the creator's lives (and understandably so), but the comic has certainly rebounded since then. I think I'll knock it down a point since some of the jokes are very much "tech insider" jokes, but that shouldn't keep you away from the comic since they spoof and parody on many other instances in our culture. Definitely one of my favorite comics (and perhaps even my #1 pick) and The Joy of Tech's presentation has certainly influenced my own work. |
