Below is a list of comments made by Aster Azul, in date order (newest at the top).

Comic: Bruno the Bandit 5/5
Bruno the Bandit is one of the most professional comics I have ever seen published on the web.

The stories are mostly very well done spoofs of modern culture in a fantasy setting, my personal favorites of which are "The Forbidden Game" and "Free Will." The characters are always endearing; the relationship between Bruno and Fiona is at a parody of many partner-in-crime fellowships, and endearing at the same time.

The whole comic is like that, really. It's humorous and exciting, but in the end, no matter how biting the humor is, you still love all of the characters. Villains, heroes, bandits, they're all the same in McDonald's world.

Keep plying the your trade of rogues, Ian!
Comic: Ugly Girl 5/5
Ugly Girl is a very well done comic about the masks we all wear in our lives. Although the art is simple, each comic is drawn lovingly by hand and symbolism is touching.

The message is clear: no matter what cruel names and stereotypes become attached to us, we're all human inside if we follow our own paths.

Hey, don't take my word for it. Read it!
Comic: Alpha Luna 4/5
First of all, I want to congratulate Licantro on finally fulfilling his dream of starting a full time comic. I really hope you guys toss a few donations in his tip jar once in a while; Licantro's very devoted to his art and has had a hard time with English being his second language and everything, but has still managed to turn out one of the most artistically impressive comics on the web.

(I'm quite jealous, really! ^_~)

Read it. Now.
Not safe for work, by the way.
Comic: Those Destined 4/5
I'll admit it. I'm a sucker for adorable anthros and pencil art. Pens, bah!!
Those Destined is a beautifully drawn comic with a cute spin on a tired cliche. The world the comic is set in actually has a measure of sense and reason, untypical of most anthro comics.
Comic: Green Avenger, The 4/5
This cute little comic is still just getting on its feet, but the author's talent for projecting her real life experiences onto an imaginary setting make it a diamond in the rough. Keep an eye on it as the art improves and the story progresses.
Comic: Untitled 4/5
Untitled! is a vastly underrated comic about life and love that I highly recommend. The author does an excellent job of projecting emotions onto her characters. I recommend getting past the first (rather uninspired, sorry :-( ) storyline, as it gets much much better after the guinea pigs.
Comic: Wotch, The
Despite the fan service, The Wotch is a truly funny and endearing comic which is quickly gaining popularity due to its surprising character developments.
