| Comic: Order of the Stick, The |

Why does everybody keep comparing this to Ctrl Alt Del? Did dice and computers have some kind of falling out? Is it because dice are random and computers aren't? Is this some kind of secret war being waged in dark backstreets between disciples of randomocity and code or something?
So, yeah, anyway, OOTS is pretty fun in a totally meta way. It's recently managed to spoof epic without falling into the same pitholes, so it's well worth looking at, if only to help you decide if you'll side with the Binary Gods in the Secret War. |
| Comic: Girly |
 |
The story of a snarky, cynical, independently wealthy loner redeemed by Oddball Grace, and what happens thereafter.
Worth it for the subversion, and partial fusion, of two genres alone. |
| Comic: Challenges Of Zona, The |
 |
| With no disrespect to the forms, but when your graphics and presentation are inferior to the vast majority of GMod and Sprite Comics respectively, it's time to worry. |
| Comic: Adventures of Stranger Randy, The |
 |
| The art consists of images that are on par with clip art and more cutting and pasting than putting up wallpaper. The humour, sadly, matches. |
| Comic: Queen of Wands |
 |
In responce to Darryl - eh? Queen of Wands' overarcing plotline is over. It's finished. It's better than having it outstay its welcome and just drag down your memories of it.
While it was going Aeire was one of the best at walking the line between the dramatic and the surreal. One of the best comics out there. |
| Comic: Bunny |
 |
Cute and intelligent. Fluffy and occasionally horrifically brutal. Totally irrelevant and politically acute. Heavily stylised and complex art. And more random than anything else out there.
What more could anyone possibly want? |
| Comic: Ctrl+Alt+Delete |
 |
It's totally identical to Penny Arcade, just without Gabe, Tycho, Charles, the Fruit F[anci]er, the Cat, DivX, Twisp & Catsby, the infernal hatred of continuity or the art style but with Ethan, Lucas, Lilah, Scott, Barry, Rob, Ted, Ezekiel, Chef Brian, story arcs and an Absath's style instead.
And I think Tycho also wrote the introduction to Absath's book. |
