Comic: PVP Online 4/5
I used to be a PA and CAD guy. I didn't like PvP so much at first. I read the entire archive during a slow day at work and it just didn't really grow on me. There were a few gems in there but not many. Sometime between then and now, my interest in CAD waned and my interest in PvP grew. There's just something about this comic. The artwork isn't the best I've ever seen and it's not the funniest comic on the web. The characters are one of PvPs strong points, but they could be better. I guess it's the way Kurtz puts it all together in one package that makes this comic a good addition to your daily browsing habits.
Comic: 8-bit Theatre 4/5
Yeah, it's a sprite comic, but it's a good sprite comic. You can tell Brian puts a lot of work into each comic. The writing is also fantastic. The only downside is it's one big lump of continuity. So it can be hard for someone new to the comic to jump right in.
Comic: Penny Arcade 5/5
The artwork is always top notch. Well, except for the few times Jerry (or Tycho) did the strip in MS Paint. I also love the writing. Maybe it's just because I follow gaming news and I "get" it. I'm not a fan of the CTS or Twisp & Catsby strips but they do have their audience and Gabe and Tycho only do those strips once or twice a year. It seems like every time I start thinking that the old strips were so much better than what they're putting out now they come up with stuff like
http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic /2006/12/15 and http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2 006/12/20. Bottom line, no other strip has me actually laughing out loud as often as Penny Arcade.
Comic: Ctrl+Alt+Delete 3/5
I started reading this comic early on. I believe Tycho linked it (or a comic that was very similar to it, but I've forgotten the name). I used to find it hilarious. Lately I find it to be the same rehashed jokes over and over. It's gotten way too predictable and unfunny. Perhaps the worst thing is all the anti-Sony comics. We get it, Sony sucks and the 360 is the greatest thing to ever happen to gaming.

As far as the art goes, as many people have already said, it's way too copy and paste. Take for example http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/co mic.php?d=20061220
Wow, they move their hands and their back straightens after the first panel. There's more drastic examples too, I just found that one first. Then there's the strip where Ethan meets Lilah's parents. Her mother looks a lot like her. Check out http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/co mic.php?d=20060603
The hair is shorter, the boobs a little smaller, and the chin a little pointier. I understand that they're related but they're mother and daughter not twin sisters. In the end, I'll give it a 3. It's certainly not a bad comic, but it's not the best, and it could be much better.
