| Wow.. Jack's work is amazing is what I thought of when I first started reading it at 16 or so. I was young and I wasn't a furry artist until I started reading his work. Its astonishing with the story line and how he draws characters in the dark. Its horrific beyond anything I've ever read, and quite shocking. This comic really inspried me to start drawing furries because his work I noticed was very detailed. |

| This comic made me cry, which is an accomplishment since I don't really cry except for really REALLY sad movies. It is so intense, and gave me perspective on Death. I am thankful for stumbling over Jack. |

| this comic is very well thought out and drawn. i always thought it was impossible for a furry character to look very brutal. i, for one, can read the webcomic and for some reason start crying. this is one webcomic worth reading from the begining. |

This comic portrays the sins and and faults of mankind in a very beat-you-around-the-head-and-cut-of f-your-head sort of way. Realistinc, gruesome, and never tries to sugarcoat things. Man. Without a doubt the webcomic that put the most into perspective for me. Not for the faint of heart.

If you don't like this comic, then you won't like any furry drama out there. Indeed, the art is not the draw of the comic, but the plots are ingaging, and the character's are some of the most memorable that I've ever read. Although I will comment that the story starts out very slow.
Tears, pain, blood, sex, heaven and hell, Salvation and Redemption. Powerful, and certainly entertaining. |

One of the best comics, I have ever read, Jack has a very interesting and reader catching storyline, and although the characters look cutesy, which I dont see as a problem, it makes for an excellent read. The parts without violence are simply t o give a different story, showing what happened to certain people and why. The sotory has a lot more depth than the violence that a lot of people fail to see past... This webcomic is most likely the best webcomic I am currently reading, and I consider it up there with some of the much wider known furry and non furry comics....

| I'm in love, plain and simple. Yes, it is strong and twisted in its way of explaining things, and the art has slowly improved over the cource of the strip. It isnt"well, bad" it's decent enough to be awesome, especially in the way that jack is drawn. It isnt supposed to be a funny comic, this much is obvious, but still manages to hold my attention for hours and hours. Anyone who is uninterested by this comic obviously has no taste. |

| Started reading this comic a few weeks back. I got hooked on the whole thing and was almost in shock when I reached the middle of a story only to find out that was as far as the author had got so far. Excellent artwork, great story. Keep it up. |

Dear Jack
If I could even feel a fraction of the sadness that you feel, I would have died of a broken heart long ago. Even though you guide their souls but not take their lives they still find a way to blame you. Yet you still do the job with compassion. That little gesture has shown us the potential you could have had if you walked a different path. When it is my time to go I hope the person I meet will have the kindness as you do. Thank you for showing us a world of possibilities. In my soul I feel a mere shadow of your sadness. I thank you for that opportunity.

| Shocking! Suspenseful! And made me cry! Days after reading it... I still think of this bizare story! Of all the webcomics Jack is probably the only webcomic story that I will remember for the rest of my life. |

| Twisted, messy, emotional, dark as Hell, macabre, chilling. Has it's flaws but I tend to overlook them because overall it has everything I love in a dark and desturbing story. |

Very intense comic, in your face and not for the faint of heart. This comic will make you think and does not feel any qualms about ripping your heart out. Some of the storylines you can't help yourself but read, however it is unlikely you will want to revisit them again.
The artist takes all the doozy subject matter, anything that should be associated with Hell, and lays it all out for you to read.
I only docked it becuase the level of art seems to not fit the comic at times (the characters are drawn a little to cutesy to really work at times), but a more appropriate rating would be 4 1/2 stars out of 5. Very good comic if you can stomach it. |

It has it's good points, sometimes it's very strong and emotional. But often, it's very pathetic, sometimes characters do nothing but cry for entire storyline, which doesn't really go with excessive violence in others.
Art is, well, bad. Although artist can draw, he'll rather draw characters with the same expression on their face all over again, adding a tear in their eye when he wants to note that they are sad. |

Scary as hell, (mainly because the story is lockaded in hell..)
IMHO art-style could be better, but you easily forgot that minor detail when reading Jack.
Story telling is exellent. the suspense is almost so thick you could cut it with scissors.
