Since we’re doing all the planning and organisation there should be a certain number of judges who are members of this community, for example 40%.

I think there are much more people interested in becoming a jury member besides Casual Notice and Kallisiti. They could be determined by a vote.

But first the general rules have to be established.

Since my comic would only qualify to the "most environmentally friendly" category (comics that spend little to no energy because people don't read them) but I have not seen the category up yet, I guess I stand no chance.
