There's nothing like your first post to a forum being an image of full-frontal redneck nudity! Shocked This is NOT something I do all the time BTW.

But here is Utah Murphy's controversial (limited release) recording. Right after it's release it was band in all states (except Utah). And Mr. Murphy was put on a good behavour bond.

*EDIT - Here's a censored version. Which is a tad less confronting (For people wise enough to avoid the above link) Very Happy

Good one, but you have to provide the title and artist for the next cd.

Okay, I guess I have to request the seminal work;

Album - Dueling Accordians
Band - The Warnowski Family Players

I have to say it's been a long time since I listened to Duelling Accordians. It was an album I used to play a lot as background music while doing my homework, but since then I've moved on to other things.

I remember always wanting to get hold of a copy of the limited edition gatefold vinyl version of the album. Not only did it feature extended versions of both 'Hey Presto and I conjure Pesto' and the titular 'Duelling Accordians' but it also featured a variant cover with Carol and Danielle Warnowski as Batgirl and Wonder Woman.

As yet, I've not been able to track down that version but I did manage to find this copy in pristine condition (along with five others) in the bargain bin at my local record shop.

If anyone has managed to track down a copy of the following album, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it:

Band name: Swivel on the Tabletop
Album: Memetic Sex Gods

Oh man, there's nothing like your first Swivel album.

I inherited this album from my brother when I was in secondary school, and it blew my little mind.

Their use of alternative instruments was like nothing I'd ever heard. But when I went to look them up, I was sad to find that they had ended their avant garde 6 year long tour to focus on producing the world's loudest elevator music.

Some say that they quit the tour because their time was simply up, others say that it was a direct result of their incredibly loud basslines vibrating all of those people to death. I like to think that they just found their new calling.

I'd love somebody to talk about :

Artist: Captain Crunk
Album: The Shoes in My Piano Don't Tap No More.

Legendary Crunk artist Captain Crunk ( Paul Thrombeau ) began life as a D.J in the legendary " Big Bob's Booby Trap" club in Memphis. He forged links with other Memphis musicians such as Zapper McNeil ( Eric Tarp ), Big Johnny ( A.C Slater ) and Wonker Sky ( Pauly Nussbaum ). Signed up by local lowlife producer John "Big Knickers" Lux Captain Crunk hit the Billboard Top 100 with his single " Get real or get going" ( Luxarama 2004 ).

This CD encapsulates the whole Captain Crunk experience, recorded live at Miami's Horatio Caine Memorial Stadium in July 2006.

Artist: $100
Album : Step Up or Step Off

After discovering Benjamin Franklin's DNA on the constitution, scientists cloned him in a laboratory. Little did they know, the new Franklin was building up a maelstrom of fresh rhymes in his century-long hiatus. Now he's back as $100 and rapping about a whole new declaration. Red Coats be hatin'!

Artist: DJ AcuFUNKture
Album: On Pins and Needles

Indeed. Perhaps we should make it a requirement that newcomers post a CD cover before they launch into the forum proper. So far we're 2 for 2 on the funky scale.

On Pins and Needs was the first and last album by the legendary artist DJ AcuFUNKture. It is an interesting album in many ways, not least of which because DJ AcuFUNKture did not write any of the songs, nor did he sing or play any musical instruments on the album. In fact, he did not contribute to the production of the album in any way and was not even aware that it was in production.

After the release of On Pins and Needles, he retired from music altogether, claiming that it just took too much out of him.

Artist: Kangarooster
Album: Turbo Booster!

The description of DJ Acufunkture's prolific career made me laugh. Great job!

And thanks for the friendly welcome to your sexy forum.

Following the success of their debut album, Melissa Kangero and Gillian Ruesetta, the creative force behind Kangarooster, drank far too much, accidentally got locked in a room over a bank holiday weekend and came up with a butload of new tunes. Turbo Booster is the result.

Nice.

You forgot to leave a title for the next album, though. Unless I'm being blind and silly, and have somehow missed it.

No, you're right. I missed that bit off.

The CD I was looking for is:

Album: Waiting For The Necronomicon
Artist: The Ben Nevis Library Users Society
