Hello Smile
I'm just a newbie from Russia.
Unfortunately, not many people draw and read comics in my country, that's why I am making my own comic in two languages: Russian and English.

And I just wonder: is there anyone who follows the same way (making her/his comics in more than one language)?

Hi, new! Welcome to the forum!

And the answer to your question is, yes, we have people here who write in two languages. Or at least we have had, sometimes its hard to tell who's still around. Hopefully some of them will show up and chime in.

Hi there Mildegard and Lavenderbard,

I am one of the few here who's bilingual. I am a Filipino and I just started creating comics last November of 2014 up to this day and I think I am doing good. I already got a few strips up on my site. The only thing I worry is, are there any other people out there who reads my work. Sometimes I think of completely stopping this, to create webcomics because of lack of support or motivation. Btw, I also started creating comics in my native language but decided to create them in English so majority of people around the globe could understand my work.

Like you, Mildegard, the number of webcomic artist's in my country is very limited. There are some, but still not that much people like people in US, Canada, UK or in any other major English speaking countries out there.

I just read your post and I just saw that you posted this message last June 3 of 2014. That's more than a year now. But anyway, I just wanted to chime in my thoughts and to answer your question.

Hello!

Years ago I had a reader running a mirror of my comic (actually it was animated videos back then, come to think of it) that they translated into Italian, that was pretty neat. ^_^

Hello there, smbhax,

I browsed your site and I really like the way you color your illustrations. Do you use watercolor? It looks really unsaturated, just about the right shade and hue of your chosen colors.
