Okay, this is a restart of a jam I started prior to the Great Crash. The "rules" are simple: We start with a song. Each artist draws one panel to illustrate that song. Use as many lines (but not a whole verse) as you need to make your panel make sense. The artist of the last panel picks the next song.
We'll start with a classic from 1949 that's been covered about a zillion times (I think Johnny Cash's 1974(?) cover is most famous).

Riders in the Sky wrote:

An old cowhand went riding out one dark and windy day
Upon a ridge he rested as he went along his way
When all at once a mighty herd of red-eyed cows he saw
Plowing across the ragged sky and upp the cloudy draw

Their brands were still on fire and their hooves were made of steel
Their horns were black and shiny and their hot breath he could feel
A boly of fear went through him as they rumbled through the sky
For he saw the Riders coming hard, and heheard their mournful cry

As the riders loped on by him, he heard one call his name

Then cowboy change your ways today or with us you will ride
Tryin' to catch the devil's herd across these endless skies."

Yippee-aye-oooh! Yippee-aye-ayyy! Ghost riders in the sky.

If no one starts anything by Friday, I'll give the first line a shot.

Huzzah! Fresh jam that I can easily stick my fingers in! Here is the first line-

I thought it would be best to stick with easy to read fonts.
