I read this webcomic years ago and can't find it anywhere. It had such beautiful art and a great fantasy premise. SPOILERS.

It started off with a red headed prince who had red tattoos all over him in a fantasy land - He had been given a pair of scissors to kill his (evil) father/king who had blood powers that were transferred to the prince upon his death. There was a big thing about how the people with that power were immortal yet they kept dying.

In one scene at the start he was at a party and proposed to a woman who declined and said something like "And next time, before you propose to a woman make sure you don't smell like the last man you've been with"

The prince also had a friend who wore blue and had a sister.

If anyone remembers it I would be so grateful.
