I recently found this site while searching for any way of viewing my webcomics more efficiently than I do now. I have quite an extensive list of comics I read, so many that the folder on my bookmarks bar actually goes off screen.

Among my favorites are xkcd (my first webcomic), Freefall (the absolute favorite) TwoKinds, Kevin and Kell, The Whiteboard, Not A Villain, DMFA / Project Future / etc., and Nukees. I could list more, but that's the top few.

On another note, if you've got any suggestions for me, I'll take it. Keep in mind, I read insanely fast, averaging around 3000 panels a day (actually more, I read the K&K archives in 4 days). Before webcomics, I read 500-750 pages a day (mostly science fiction). Now I read 300 pages a day, more on weekends. I also like science fiction a lot, and absolutely love complicated plots (DMFA, Erfworld, Skin Horse, Quantum Vibe, Project Future). I'm not against the occasional "fan service" comic, but I dislike them.

One last thing: Is there anyway to prevent Chrome from caching hundreds of pictures? It's significantly impacting performance.

Hello, and welcome! Smile

Hey, xkcd was also my first webcomic, and I also read insanely fast, so we have things in common! It seems that you read a lot more webcomics than I do, though.

I'm not sure what I could suggest to you that you don't already probably know... perhaps Gifts of wandering ice, that's science fiction with a complicated story. Drowtales also has a long-running, convoluted plot, although it isn't science fiction at all, and it gets quite fanservice-y. That's all that comes to mind at first thought.

About the caching, no idea. Sorry.

I don't read books anymore, just Google : D

Seems like there are a few things you could try.

Wow Yami, can I borrow your ability for a few months? Razz

About the caching, maybe try going into Chrome settings under Privacy->Content Settings... if that doesn't work, Incognito tabs ftw?

NAV (which I see you've read), Supernormal Step and Penny&Aggie are some of my favourite webcomics. I'd shamelessly plug mine here too but honestly, the plot's barely gotten past the introductions.
