If I'm looking at it correctly, it is a music effects pedal that outputs the dry sound, the dry sound raised an octave, & the dry sound lowered an octave, the volume of each being controllable. _________________

I mean in the electronic music sense - dry means the original sound, wet means the processed sound (in this case, pitch-shifting). _________________
