Thanks for the reminder! I back-up on an external hard drive, but I don't really have a regular date for doing it. So, I'm doing it now.

I back up every single damn day. Both to an external drive and a remotely hosted service. My sites are backed up twice a week.

Interesting to hear your different approaches to backing up your work and glad the thread prompted some to take a back-up. I hope you never have to use it!

I back up over my local network and my system automatically backs up all important files to Google Drive.

IMO, it's insane not to use a cloud storage backup nowadays. They're dirt-cheap and back up all your work off-site.
