After the Dream has two story arcs, one of which takes place in modern times, and the other which takes place in a dystopian cyberpunk near-future. The two story arcs eventually interweave, and the line between reality and sci-fi is a bit blurry. All of the tech in the 2031 story arc exists in at least prototype form today, and some of the tech in the modern story arc may or may not exist, depending on whether or not you believe what some conspiracy theorists say.

So... are you looking for high sci-fi, urban, hybrid? Fantasy and sci-fi sometimes get mixed up in one another. I only have three to list that haven't been said yet, but I'm not sure if all will be to your tastes.
The End is one that has aliens abducting humans from earth.
Wayward Sons is about ancient gods (Greek, Sumerian, Egyptian, ect) who were/are in fact inter-dimensional military personnel hunting for escaped convicts. There's space ships and super powers.
Elysion Age is more fantasy than anything, but it does have air ships and futuristic tech that the bad guys use. |

I think people have already listed all the active sci-fi strips that I'm aware of.
I think Space Girl is gorgeously drawn, and I really like Galaxion as well.
The only other strip I can ad to the list is 'Vorto the Pirate'.

Well if we're doing some self-promotion as well as discussing other comics, there's Ink Proof Cannon. I'm running five different stories a week on there, all sci-fi/fantasy. They range from hard sci-fi to space opera.
For other comics, I'm not sure if Blank It has been mentioned yet but it's amazing.
Another one is Jump Leads, which I love. It's like a cross between Sliders and Red Dwarf. _________________

It depends on how broadly you define Scifi as to whether or not my comic The Chronicles of Crosarth would count... |

Subject says it all. If you aren't reading Space-Mullet and Space Trawler, you should be. |

I just found this one yesterday. It looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes.
