Erzsebet is about two ditsy demon chicks who get a spell to summon the Beast of Apocalypse badly wrong and accidentally summon the Beast of World Peace-named Rupert-instead.

It's set in a fantasy world of three kingdoms inspired by Jewish mysticism and mythology.

Personally, I would like the comic much more if they would be blackhaired instead of blonde, but that's a very lame reason for judgement.
So: I think the coloring of the comic is very unusual in a positive way and gives it a very distinctive style, and the theme, jewish mysticism, has rarely appeared before in a comic and is a pleasant contrast to the pseudo-asian esoterism in many actual comics.
