So much steam-punk suddenly - if not confuzed with gaslamp. But it's steampunk here, and this time a 1930ies setting. I uploaded three more pages.

I came to the 1930ies via the technical approach, as I try to orientate on really working machinery as close as possible. (I make notes and sketches of the internal construction of most machines before I use them in the comic.) I think the steampunk-label gets inflated a little as it is applied to anything playing in somehow victorian looking times without any references to steam-technology at all. |

I love this work and have become a fan. It's just so fun, and free, and thoroughly itself. Thank you! |

This time four more pages up, and a celebrity helping out.
And here is a sketch with some unused material yet.

I have very few free time at the moment, so I only managed tp upload two more pages. More will follow.
I also think I created a new subgenre - I think I call it Steampunk-Film Noir or Steampunk-Jazz Age. What do you think? Better proposals?

Three more pages up, and as always, I would really appreciate some feedback.

And just an example for sketches I did before the comic, here's the sausage-machine that appeared on page 32. The sausage is delivered on reels, and it is pulled through heated pulleys, until it is roasted. It then is cut in length by an iris aperture that is timed by the coins you throw in. (Lot of money = long sausage) Of course, there are a lot preservatives in the sausage, but who said fast food is healthy.
