I've been trying to find a webcomic I first remember reading in either '04 or '08 (there were some political strips). The setting was an office, and two employees would be talking about whatever was going on that day (ie, the political strip or some episode of a popular tv show). One character was black and the other character was white and the characters were just drawn in outlines.

I do remember seeing videos of some of these comics at some point, but I'm positive that it started as a webcomic, so I'm hoping someone here might remember this and be able to tell me the name.

Man I think I know what this is but if it is what I think it is it was primarily a print comic--it ran in the Seattle alt-weekly "The Stranger," for instance. Can't remember the darn name, though, and can't find how to track it down online. My brother had one cut out and pinned up in his kitchen forever, so I'm trying to see if he can find it. ;)

Aha! My brother came through. :) The one I'm thinking of was called "Get Your War On" by David Rees, started in 2001 after 9/11 and ended in early '09. And it was done using clip art. He's got the last year or so of it up here:

Glad I could help!

And you never know, maybe if a Republican gets back in the White House at some point he'll bring it back. ;)

Ah! Looks like he did a little update a year or so back for Operation Enduring Freedom:
