I'm wondering if anyone knows a webcomic similar to Teen Titans? Similar in which there are teenage or young superheroes that are relatable and go through problems that alot of teenagers do such as angst and romantic problems. Anyone know some? ^_^

There aren't too many superhero webcomics out there, even fewer for what you are describing. The closet I can think of that you may like is Spinnerette. It's different, but I think you'll enjoy it.

That kinda sounds like my comic... except for the super hero part, they're elves actually. It's a coming of age story following the lives of several elven teenagers so that's pretty much guaranteed romance, angst and drama.

I've heard of Spinerette but never actually checked it out.
And I'll check out Ears for Elves too

I actually restarted Teen Titans and generally I prefer to read or watch something that's ongoing. And there aren't any ongoing Teen Titan comics. :/

If you like drama in more of the shoujo variety you might want to check out http://www.redstring.strawberrycomics.com/ That is if you haven't already; it is pretty popular and has been going for awhile.
