I just started reading Sword Princess- needless to say its been hilariously entertaining so far! Out of curiosity, what kinds books and comics do you follow? I love your writing-style, and the way your stories pan out.

Also, have you considered updating the look of your website (forgive me if I'm overstepping here)? I enjoy reading your comics, but to perfectly honest when I first went to check out SC I was intimidated by the site's layout... as in it almost put me off reading what happens to now be a personal favorite XD. A friend of mine took a look and feels the same way. Maybe try ComicCMS, or Wordpress? I know it's a pain to move that many pages, but it might get more people to read your awesome work!

Thanks as always for taking a look!

I guess this comic came from a mish-mash of all the stuff I've read, written and watched over the years, but with no one specific source. I just wanted some fun katana swordplay mixed with demon ninja magic! I've got a hankering to go back to the early pages and re-do 'em, but that might spoil the awful wince-inducing ham-fisted charm which some people actually seem to like. <boggle>

I've been trying to convince folks for ages that flicking the mouse wheel to scroll down a little more (when you already need to scroll down to read a regular comic page) is just as easy if not easier than clicking on a next page button, but old habits die hard apparently! Few seem to like longer infinite canvas style pages... which is a pity because that's the easiest way for me to produce these comics -- I just have to make the jpg panels and type their names into the HTML files, the browser handles the display side of things.

There's actually a "regular page" version of Sword Princess Yukisaki on ComicFury (and ditto for my other comics). After updating the hub site, I make up these pages up for comic display sites. Which is a total pain! Especially for my mouse forefinger! Smile But needs must.

Unfortunately not all of the comic is available in this format, the early pages are missing. Right now there's just not enough time in the universe (or strength in my mouse forefinger) to go back and make up those missing pages from scratch. But the thought's never far from my mind. Smile

I'm legally obliged to state that you were never a cameo character in Crowbar, tho' I did use one of your epic script lines, with permission. What happened to that script anyway?
