Also, I'd like to mention that I'm currently in search of an inker. Not an artist/inker, just an inker. If you're not interested in inking for me than I'd like to get some tips on it and try it for myself. Is it better to digitally ink or ink manually? Any tips are welcome.

Yeah there's that too. It didn't bother me when a comic I was reading didn't have the first, next, last, etc. buttons but it's become pretty clear that reader's demand them. I'm not good with HTML, but if you could tell me how I could set it up I'm definitely willing to give it a try.

I think it would be easier for you to traditionally ink it.

There's a lot of different ways to organize navigation. It depends on what you want to do and what your host allows. HTML is the simplest method but you have to hard code everything. Javascript and php are programming languages that may be better if you have the means to set up something. SomeryC is a nice PHP program for comics, but I doubt freewebs can support it.

Maybe you should try advertising for a website person over at Deviant Art or OnlineComics. Alternatively, try reading up on HTML and such yourself. Google is your friend.
