Finally decided to install Wordpress along with Webcomic plug-in.
As instructed, from my installed WP went to Appearance/Themes/Install Themes and did a search for Inkblot.
Nothing found.
Same story at:
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
Nothing found.

Anyone know what's up?
