Hey guys, just some random promotion for my new web comic. I have no idea what people on this forum will think of it, but here is the synopsis:

"Follow Dexter and his sidekick Thing on their many misadventures throughout the fantasy world of outer space in this dynamic sci-fi comedy that mixes action with heavy exploration."

You can check it out on these two sites. I should have my own domain soon:

ComicFury: http://dexterthealien.thecomicseries.com/comics/first/

deviantART: http://thesmilingpsycho.deviantart.com/art/Dexter-1-291043412

There is also a Facebook you can like even though it's not caught up yet with the most current page: https://www.facebook.com/dexterthealien

Thanks! I appreciate any feedback.

Oh, and here is a preview of the first page:

I can't tell if you're trying to be a d*ck on purpose or not, but judging from your other posts I've read it seems that you generally are.

Not saying the character doesn't look like Mr. Bumpy, but that doesn't mean you should be an @ss.

I love the way you drew your character Thing...The artwork is very entertaining...are you drawing them digitally or scanning line work?

I draw them out on Bristol paper first & then scan the lineart...All coloring is then done in photoshop...i considered doing all the drawing digitally before to save time and cut out a lot of extra work, but i wanted to be able to sell the original artwork...I'm considering using the wacom inkling as sort of a middle ground to get the best of both worlds, but i've read all kinds of mixed reviews on its quality...Keep up the good work man, let me know if you ever wanna exchange links or artwork or anything..

Yea, I use Wacom. And you can always just sell prints if doing them strictly digitally saves you time. So far my Wacom tablet has done pretty well. I mean it's held up for more than 40 pages at least lol.

Your inking is so lovely and you really seem to enjoy playing with perspective. What a great looking comic.

Thank you! Changing up the perspectives is also what keeps me interested in each panel. I hate just drawing the same thing over and over.
