I'm only a chapter in, but I like it. Seems like Dr. Strange (animated movie) combined with some Kill Bill'ish plot. Thoroughly enjoying it, due to how much I loved the Dr. Strange animated movie.

I guess my one critique, and again I've only read one chapter in so this might get updated, but when people are shooting energy force things back and forth.. a lot of that gets lost to me. I can see where you tried to have it impacting the environment, but it would be a challenge to keep me engaged I think with people blasting each other with forces for more than a frame or two.

But again not sure how many more times it crops up, but that's my 2c. Like I said before though, thoroughly enjoyable comic.

I have some sense though that you already know it is pretty good.

I finished reading it, the rest looks great. I really like it.

Just finished chapter 1. the story is fantastic.

about the cover art. why not bridge the gap by making it look a bit more like the inside artwork?

I love the artwork your putting up for the pages. and I think the direction your heading with the line-work is great. but what I think is the most fantastic about this is the character designs.

Character design is not an easy task, but your characters are easily distinguished from one another. The use of negative space is also a plus.

To see that kind of feeling in the colour covers might do you good.

I've always looked at the cover of a comic like the trailer of a movie. It conveys the feeling of the movie itself. So when approaching covers I think "What's this issue feel like" and the artwork on the pages adds to that feeling.

I think I put my feelings in the correct words here, this pleases me.
Now to look for an RSS feed for this comic!

Well, by my user name you can already tell what I think about this comic, haha (i didnt even know about this site previously). I shared the above users sentiments about the line work through chapter one. I'm SO happy I move past it. This guy is setting up for a truly epic story, with awesome characters and a rich setting. The artwork improves drasticAlly by chapter 3 (where he is now). It will only improve more as he moves along.

This is the guy who created Lara Croft so he is by no means a newb...but he hadn't drawn in about a decade when he started this. Just sayin'.

Anyway, give it a shot reading through the whole thing, definitely do not be put off by the first chapter. This story deserves recognition.

Indeed, I've enjoyed Otherworld lots and check for updates every week, the comic deserves more love.
