Well the first thing I'd recommend is not having such a ginormous sig image. It's not really necessary to do that, and sort of bad form. I don't make Forum Law, but I'd say keep it about the same size as the Project Wonderful half-banner, and no larger. Way less annoying and better overall for forum-ing.
