I don't have much to go on, but would love some help with trying to find this comic again. I read it years ago. It was a collection of stories, and I only remember one story: It had something to do with a girl who was either manufactured or came from the sea, I believe she was abused by her creator/person who found her. I remember a scene where she runs to the docks, and is upset, maybe wanting to die. That's all i remember and it's not much. I remember i enjoyed all the stories, and the art was amazing but i just cant put a name to it. It was in it's own world...i think.
Any help would be great, I've been hunting for a while, but since I don't have a name, i didn't get anywhere.

Can you describe the art style at all? Was it colour or black and white? Was it a full page format or in strip form? Do you remember anything about the website style wise?

If you can think of any additional details it might help with working out which comic you're looking for.

its hard to remember, it may have been in black and white, or at least paler colors...i think the girl had bolts in her neck, so she may have been created. i think it was more of a graphic novel style, and it had a name that was almost like a phrase i think...so hard to remember, i read it years ago, but i never bookmarked it, and have been wanting to read it again. i remember the art was more of a realistic look, then a cartoon based look.
i wish i could tell you more...it had dramatic and serious tone. may have also been about wishes being granted.
