Just got hired as a graphic designer and finished my first official week doing that. On the plus, I get to work with comics and I'm learning a lot that will hopefully be beneficial to my own work. On the down, the commute is exhausting and it doesn't leave me a lot of free drawing time. Still, I think I'll be able to make it work and I'm really enjoying the job so far.

I do some freelance, trying to start a business with my brother but a lot of my time is spent helping my mother who's become disabled by a rare variation of the rare condition aphasia.

Ah, summer holidays. Five and a half weeks away from the kids. Mind you... February 1st will come faster than I care for, and then it'll be back into the classroom again.

Until then though... sun, time and sitting out on the front deck with a glass of boozahol! Smile
