You'd probably be better off converting one of your stories to script format (comic script is similar in format to screenplay, differing only in that you're describing a frame of action and not a fully articulated scene) and requesting an artist to draw it. Artists like to believe that their talent with a pen and brush makes them experts in all of the arts, so they tend to be a little snobbish about allowing writers to do scripts "for" them.
I vaguely recall someone looking for short web-projects so s/he could practice a variety of art skills. You may want to scroll through the thread list here.

Post subject: Writer looking for some unpaid work experience
I'm fairly new to this whole thing, but my stories have got positive reviews when they get put up around the interwebs, so I hope I'm pretty good
I'm looking for some experience of writing for a webcomic, unpaid, because I feel that to demand money from you guys when I'm new would be kinda stupid.
